USPS has recently implemented new processing standards which has slowed down their delivery times. Due to these new processes, domestic delivery may take up to 3 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Omaha customers: due to our growth and expansion, we no longer have room for a retail store for local customers to shop. We are offering in-store pick up to avoid shipping costs. Please use our address as the shipping address to get the option for in-store pick up.   

Processing Time:

Orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days. UPS and DHL orders placed by 12:00pm CST will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after the cutoff will be sent the following business day at the latest. UPS and DHL orders are always processed first, orders shipping Economy and Standard are processed in the order they were received. Occasionally we will have a big sale which results in more orders than we are capable of shipping out right away.  It may take a few extra days to catch up to our regular shipping times. Our shipping hours are 8:00am - 3:00pm CST Monday-Friday. 

We will be closed for all major US holidays.

 

Shipping Time: 

US:

• Economy usually takes 2-9 business days
• Standard usually takes 1-5 business days
• We will not consider a package to be lost until 10 days have passed with no tracking updates
• We will not address any issues of missing packages after 2 weeks from the last tracking update
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We do not refund shipping charges for incorrect addresses. 
• Please be aware that UPS does not consider weekends and holidays as transit days.  

International:

• We now only offer international shipping through DHL and UPS. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
• Limited tracking available in select countries
• We will not consider a package to be lost until 28 days have passed with no tracking updates

Economy and Standard shipping times are ESTIMATES only.  The US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery times for these services.  We will not refund USPS Priority shipping costs if your package is delayed.  If you need your package within a certain time frame, please choose UPS for shipping.  The map below shows USPS Ground shipping time.

US and US Territories 

Economy (USPS Ground Advantage) - $5.50

Standard (USPS Priority) - $14 

Orders over $55 ship Economy for FREE and Standard for $8.

 

UPS charges are calculated by UPS and based on delivery location, service selected, and package weight.

UPS services do not include weekend delivery.

Please be aware that UPS does not consider weekends and holidays as transit days. Only Next Day Air is a guaranteed service which is eligible for a refund if not delivered on time. UPS 2nd Day Air is not guaranteed and will not be refunded if delayed.   

*UPS Next Day Air is NOT an "overnite" service as they do not deliver on weekends.  Depending on the time you place your order, it may not ship until the following day and the next business day after that it will be delivered.  Please plan accordingly.

  

International 

DHL shipping is available to select countries and the cost will be shown at checkout if the service is available.

Taxes and duties are now collected at checkout so you will not have unexpected charges at delivery.
